Demonstration Classes
Relax and enjoy abundant food samples as you watch cooking demonstrations. Learn culinary tips and tricks in a professionally-equipped, home-based kitchen. Small, intimate classes ensure plenty of personal attention from your classically trained instructor. Classes run 2 1/2 - 3 hours.  Recipes are included in all courses.  Priced according to menu.

Hands-on Classes
Two couples maximum. Team up with a friend for an exclusive hands-on cooking lesson. Put on an apron and work alongside your culinary instructor to learn new cooking techniques at your own pace. Enjoy a full meal after your lesson. Classes run approx. 4 hours. $350 per
couple. Hands-on classes arranged by appointment.

Private Group Bookings
Groups can reserve private cooking classes at mutually convenient times.  The cost is $600 for up to 8 participants, $75 per additional participant (10 maximum).  A deposit of $200 is required to reserve the date, the balance is due two weeks prior to the event.  Course menu options are arranged by telephone or email.  For further information email or call Denise Marchessault at 250 294-4500

To Reserve Space in Class

Select a course and follow the links to pay online.  Payment must be made in full to reserve a space in class.  Seating is limited and classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Celiac Friendly Courses

We are committed to providing a safe and delicious cooking experience for our gluten-intolerant friends.  If you are following a GF diet, please contact us prior to registration to discuss course particulars.  While not a dedicated kitchen, every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination with ingredients containing gluten when GF participants are in attendance.  Please call Denise at (250) 294-4500 for further details.

To Redeem a Gift Certificate
Email   with the certificate number and the name and date of the class for which you wish to register; availability and course registration will be confirmed by return email. 

Cancellation Policy

Fees will be refunded in full for cancellations at least 72 hours prior to the class. You may send a friend to occupy your space if you are unavailable. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment; with refunds promptly issued.
