Vegetarians and meat lovers alike will delight in this Asian inspired vegetarian cooking class by guest Chef Castro Boateng.
Learn to prepare vegetarian sushi with cucumber, avocado, marinated dikon “rice” with wasabi cream; sweet soy marinated tofu with quinoa, edamame and hemp seed pesto; and a warm luscious apple pear tart with nutmeg cream.
This course is offered throughout the year for private group bookings (8 - 10 participants).
