Learn the secrets to creating your own delicious flaky puff pastry. There is simply no comparison to the frozen store-bought variety. Recipes include vol-au-vents, palmiers, tarts and savory pastry “straws”. Making puff pastry is an enjoyable but time-consuming art. This course would appeal to individuals blessed with patience in the kitchen.

Demonstration Class $75 per person

This course is offered throughout the year by appointment, for groups of 8-10 participants.
