Boost your confidence in the kitchen with this practical fundamental knife skills course.  Learn to cut onions and garlic the easy way.  This class will show you how to dice, julienne and slice fruits and vegetables like a pro.  Bring your chef’s knife and paring knife to class for professional sharpening.  Kitchen work is easy when you know how to use, and maintain, a sharp knife.
