Learn the fundamentals of Japanese cooking in this delicious, easy to follow cooking course.  Recipes include sushi with tuna; teriyaki chicken with shitake and enoki mushrooms; gyoza dumplings filled with pork, shrimp and cabbage; miso soup with tofu; and cold udon noodles with prawns.  Green tea and plum wine tasting included.
