Entertaining is easy with make-ahead appetizers and easy small “bites”. Learn how to make a variety of hors d’oeuvres including marinated olives & goat cheese, a zesty jalapeno ceviche, palm heart appetizers, refreshing Vietnamese rolls, carpaccio de boeuf with arugula and parmesean, spiced nuts and savory cocktail cookies.

Demonstration Class $75 per person

This course is offered throughout the year by appointment, for groups of 8-10 participants.
